  • Closing Session: 2025 WONK Breakfast - Partners Mary Beth Coburn and Craig Hayes will close out the conference with “Procurement Under Pressure: Managing Tariffs, Risk Allocation, and Compliance in the Evolving Landscape of Public Infrastructure Contracting.”
