During this 90-minute webinar, BB&K highlights the revised provisions of the California Public Records Act that change an agency’s duties with respect to police records. The new law, SB 16, includes various procedural and substantive changes. Presenters discuss the changes to the law and provide an interpretation of some of the more confusing and technical provisions.
