California Applicant’s Briefings for COVID-19 FEMA Public Assistance Scheduled
Cal OES Providing Information via Live Webinars
Beginning today, the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services is offering a series of virtual briefings for those applying for Federal Emergency Management Agency’s Public Assistance Program in response to the State’s COVID-19 major disaster declaration.
These briefings will provide information on the application procedures, cost eligibility, documentation requirements, payment processing and deadlines specific to the federal Public Assistance Program for the COVID-19 pandemic.
The briefings are for all counties, cities, special districts, school districts, tribal governments, state agencies and eligible private nonprofit organizations that provide essential social services in all California counties.
Cal OES is encouraging attendees to log in to the webinar instead of viewing as a guest to ensure contact information is captured and answers to questions posed throughout the webinar can be sent to you.
