Kimberley A. Byrens and Danny Kim are both ranked for the second time in the area of California: Public Finance. Byrens serves as bond counsel to municipal clients across California, advising on a wide range of complex financings including enterprise revenue bonds, Mello-Roos bonds, and special tax restructurings. Kim brings a strong accounting background to his municipal bond practice, helping government agencies finance capital projects through various public finance structures, including lease revenue bonds and assessment district financings.
