Partner Jessica Lomakin Appointed to Auglaize County Airport Authority Board
Lomakin’s New Role Builds on Experience Advising Public Agencies on Aviation and Airport Matters
Best Best & Krieger LLP (BBK) attorney Jessica Lomakin has been appointed to the Auglaize County Airport Authority Board in Ohio. The publicly owned general aviation facility serves corporate and industrial users and plays an important role in supporting economic development and regional access in Auglaize County and the surrounding area.
Lomakin brings experience advising public and private property owners and tenants on real estate matters, with a focus on leasing, lease enforcement, development and purchase and sale transactions. Her work with public agencies includes advising the City of Redlands on complex matters involving Redlands Municipal Airport, including the interpretation and enforcement of airport lease agreements. She also has experience with airport leases and ground leases, the use and management of publicly owned airport property, regulatory requirements and disputes involving airport tenants.
