Dawn M. Yandel
Dawn M. Yandel is a paralegal in the Special Districts and Business practice groups of Best Best & Krieger LLP. She has more than 36 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, focusing on complex litigation matters.
Under the supervision of attorneys, Dawn excels in all phases of litigation, from inception through discovery, including document examination and management, drafting pleadings and discovery, deposition and trial preparation, pretrial motions, assisting at trial, and appellate matters.
Dawn was promoted to Lead Paralegal in BBK's Advanced Record Center ("ARC") practice specializing in representing new and existing clients in all aspects of public records act requests in both California and Nevada.
Prior to joining BBK, Dawn worked for a construction defect litigation firm, assisting in the representation of a major U.S. developer. In addition to her extensive experience in construction defect litigation, Dawn also has experience with labor and employment law and product liability, specifically wind turbine generation litigation. Dawn earned her paralegal certificate from the University of San Diego.
