Recognition Highlights Crook’s Federal Lobbying Efforts on Water Issues in West
Best Best & Krieger LLP (BBK) Partner Lowry Crook has been recognized as a Top Lobbyist 2025 by Washington D.C.’s publication, The Hill. This is the third year Crook has been named. Crook has been recognized for his leadership in advancing BBK’s federal lobbying efforts on Western water issues, helping secure historic investments for water quality, recycling, conservation and critical infrastructure projects. His work, coupled with BBK’s Government Affairs team, in supporting public agencies drove major federal funding wins in 2025. In addition, the team helped to accelerate cross-border water solutions and advance large-scale projects that are essential to long-term water reliability and resilience across California and the West.
