Tiffany Michou is Of Counsel in Best Best & Krieger LLP’s (BBK) Environmental Law & Natural Resources practice group. She advises public and private clients on matters involving the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and California land use, planning and zoning laws.

Tiffany’s practice focuses on guiding clients through all phases of the CEQA process, from early project planning and environmental review through project approval and, when necessary, litigation. She counsels clients on CEQA compliance and environmental review strategy. Additionally, Tiffany works closely with public agencies and project proponents on the preparation and review of environmental documents, including environmental impact reports, negative declarations and other CEQA documents. She regularly assists clients in navigating complex issues that arise in connection with development and infrastructure projects.

In addition, Tiffany represents clients in CEQA litigation and related challenges to project approvals. Her practice also includes advising on land use and zoning issues associated with development projects.

Tiffany was born and raised in the south of France. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the beach with her family, as well as scuba diving and camping.
