Jessica Lomakin advises public and private clients on a wide range of real estate matters, helping property owners, tenants and organizations navigate leasing, development and purchase and sale transactions. Drawing on her background in real estate litigation, she brings both legal insight and practical problem-solving to negotiations, lease enforcement matters and complex property issues. Whitney Saraka focuses on complex civil litigation for public agencies and private clients. Her work includes disputes involving property rights, public works projects, land use, eminent domain, tax and fee challenges and other government-related matters. She advises clients on risk management and litigation strategy, helping them proactively address potential issues while also serving as a skilled advocate in administrative proceedings, trials, appeals and alternative dispute resolution.
