Dean Atyia is a trial attorney in BBK’s Special Districts practice group, recognized by The Legal 500 Elite City Focus: San Diego for his advocacy in the Commercial Disputes category. Dean brings extensive trial and appellate experience, having litigated and tried complex cases in state and federal courts across the country, including civil and commercial matters.
Todd Gee and George Reyes, corporate and transactional attorneys and members of BBK’s Business Practice Group, were recognized by The Legal 500 Elite City Focus: San Diego in the Corporate & M&A category. Todd represents closely held and privately owned companies across multiple industries in connection with mergers and acquisitions, including venture capital–backed transactions, strategic acquisitions and dispositions and succession and exit planning. His practice also includes advising clients on corporate formation and governance matters, including ownership structures and fiduciary considerations. Todd’s real estate practice is closely integrated with his corporate work and focuses on complex acquisition and disposition projects and long-term ground leases that arise in connection with broader transactional matters.
George provides general counsel, transactional and merger and acquisition services to privately owned businesses and nonprofits across various industries. George also advises clients on trust, estate and succession planning, helping individuals and business owners structure transactions and plan for long-term continuity. His experience spans both transactional and strategic planning matters, giving clients guidance on business growth, risk management and succession.
