Olivia Clark is Of Counsel in Best Best & Krieger LLP‘s (BBK) Municipal Law practice group. With sharp advocacy skills, deep experience in public agency law, and an eye for creative solutions, she provides advice and counsel services to a myriad of public agency clients, and comfortably defends clients’ decisions before the court in the rare instance it is necessary.

In both general counsel and special counsel positions, Olivia advises clients on all aspects of public agency law – the Brown Act, the Public Records Act, the Political Reform Act, the California Environmental Quality Act, land use and planning, housing, real estate and development, public contracting, and labor and employment. She is passionate about open and efficient government and regularly gives presentations to clients, organizations, and the public on these laws.

With deep roots in Northern California, she is happy to now call Sacramento home. She spends her spare time putting miles on her power tools with home renovations and impressing her young children.
