Claire Copher

Claire Copher is an associate in Best Best & Krieger LLP’s Sacramento office. As a member of the firm’s Telecommunications practice group, Claire serves public and private clients in a broad range of telecommunications issues. 

Claire graduated With Great Distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, obtaining her Juris Doctor with a concentration in Capital Lawyering. While attending McGeorge, Claire was a member of the Business Law Association, the Wine Law Association, and the Intellectual Property Student Association. She was also a student member of the Anthony M. Kennedy Inn of Courts. 

Before attending law school, Claire attended California State University, Fresno on a full-ride academic scholarship in the university’s Smittcamp Family Honors College. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Communications and a certificate in Legal Studies. She was born in Fresno, California, where her parents still live. Outside of the office, Claire enjoys cycling, reading, and photography.
