Christina Abbate is an associate in Best Best & Krieger LLP’s Business Services and Litigation practice groups in the Riverside office. She assists on various litigation matters, mainly for public entity clients.
 
While attending Southwestern Law School, Christina was a Southwestern Law Review staff member during her second year, and published an article in the 51st edition. The following year, she served on the Executive Board as senior lead articles editor where she refined her legal writing and “Bluebooking” skills. Her legal experience during law school includes legal intern at the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office, law clerk at the Veteran’s Legal Institute, a non-profit that provides legal assistance to veterans, and summer associate at Best Best & Krieger in the summer of 2021.
 
Before law school, Christina attended the University of California, Los Angeles where she earned a bachelor’s degree in English and became the first in her family to graduate college. She was a member of the Alpha Chi Omega sorority, where she served as vice president of recruitment. Go Bruins!
 
Christina lives in Ontario with her fiancé and their lab-mix, Ace. The trio love to enjoy the beautiful Southern California days by taking walks by the beach or going hiking.
