Brittany Weidner
Brittany Weidner is an associate at Best Best & Krieger LLP (BBK), where her practice focuses on telecommunications law. She works closely with local governments and public agencies advising on regulatory and transactional matters involving broadband and fiber networks, cable and telecom franchising, and wireless communication facilities. Brittany provides guidance on compliance with federal and state wireless siting laws, FCC and state shot clocks, and other regulations affecting individual permit applications.
Prior to joining BBK, Brittany was an associate at Austin Legal Group, APC, where her practice primarily focused on California commercial cannabis law and land use entitlement matters. She advised and represented private cannabis entities on a broad range of regulatory compliance matters and obtained complex cannabis land use approvals through traditional land use application processes and highly competitive, merit-based licensing application processes.
In her free time, Brittany enjoys watching the San Diego Padres, golfing, stand-up comedy, and spending time her daughter and husband.
