Bao Pham is a litigation associate in Best Best & Krieger LLP’s (BBK) Municipal Law practice group handling all aspects and stages of litigation for public and private entities. He has experience with a variety of litigation matters involving mass torts, housing, and mandamus claims, as well as disputes involving contracts, real estate, business, tort, and title insurance. Bao excels at solving problems involving complicated facts and niche issues of law to achieve short and long term success for his clients. 

Prior to joining BBK, Bao was a litigation associate at Bohm Wildish & Matsen, LLP. There, he advised his clients in complex probate and trust and business disputes, some of which spanned decades. Bao also served as a staff attorney at Jones Day, where he handled litigation filed in several federal jurisdictions against his client under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Bao attended the University of California, Irvine School of Law, where he participated in moot court and was a staff editor on the Journal of International, Transnational and Comparative Law.  

Bao was born Vietnam and grew up in Orange County. In his spare time, he enjoys staying active, going backpacking and hiking, reading, and playing chess.
