BBK Receives Bronze-Tier DEI Leadership Seal from the State Bar of California
Program recognizes the firm’s diversity, equity and inclusion efforts
Best Best & Krieger LLP (BBK) is pleased to announce the firm has received the Bronze-Tier DEI Leadership Seal from The State Bar of California. The DEI Leadership Seal acknowledges the firm’s commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and in the legal profession.
The seal is available to all legal employers with California-licensed attorneys including law firms, in-house legal departments, nonprofit organizations and government agencies with attorney staff. To earn the DEI Leadership Seal, organizations must commit to pursuing at least five of the State Bar’s 10 Action Items, ranging from collecting and maintaining demographic data, creation of a DEI strategic plan, to making DEI responsibilities part of each leadership team member’s responsibilities.
