Todd Gee works with public agencies and private companies on a wide range of real estate, finance and business transactions. Gee works closely with clients throughout each transaction, helping them mitigate risk through careful planning, due diligence and effective structuring.

With 30 years of experience, Merewitz focuses on structuring transactions, identifying and transferring risk and navigating the legal and regulatory considerations involved in major development and infrastructure projects. His experience includes convention and sports facilities, master-planned communities, hospitality and industrial projects, military base reuse and other large-scale real estate developments. Merewitz has played a key role in several high-profile public-private partnerships, including the development of the Gaylord Pacific hotel and convention center in Chula Vista and the Los Angeles Chargers’ new headquarters and training facility in El Segundo.

Nancy Park is a real estate attorney with extensive experience in transactions, leasing, finance, development and joint ventures. With a unique background as a real estate attorney, commercial lender, investment officer and CEO, Park brings a wealth of experience to her work with developers, institutional investors, banks, businesses, public agencies and other organizations. Park has represented clients in transactions involving significant real estate portfolios, large-scale developments and public financing, drawing on her practical, business-focused approach to help clients navigate complex deals and achieve their goals.

Ethan Walsh represents cities and public agencies in a broad range of municipal, land use, economic development and real estate matters. His practice includes structuring and negotiating transactions for commercial, residential and mixed-use developments, as well as affordable housing projects and public-private initiatives. Walsh has played a significant role in major development projects, including a $75 million PG&E gas operations training facility, a 73-room downtown boutique hotel and a 413-unit residential subdivision. He also has experience negotiating affordable housing agreements, development agreements, entitlements and other complex transactional documents.
