2024 California Housing Community Development Conference & Expo

Best Best & Krieger LLP (BBK) is proud to present during the 2024 California Housing Community Development & Expo in Los Angeles, December 3-4. During the two day conference, five BBK attorneys and professionals will address various issues affecting California’s housing and community development initiatives. Partner Todd Leishman and Associate Ryan Stager will host Housing Law Jeopardy! to highlight recent changes in California housing laws. Partner Seth Merewitz and Of Counsel Matthew Cody will discuss alternative housing models and how they can be scaled to serve middle-income households. Aaron Chandler, Deputy Director of Municipal Code Enforcement will close out the conference with a discussion on how to implement best practices to assist local agencies with unlawful camping, hoarding, and related nuisance activity.
