Patricia Clemente is a paralegal in Best Best & Krieger LLP’s Business Services and Municipal Law practice groups. At BBK, she supports municipal law attorneys and assists healthcare attorneys with litigation matters. Fluent in English and Spanish, Patricia brings years of private-sector legal experience in immigration law, municipal law, government compliance, and healthcare litigation.

Before joining BBK, Patricia gained extensive experience supporting immigration law and municipal matters. She also supported healthcare fraud investigations and litigation involving the U.S. Department of Justice.

At BBK, Patricia assists attorneys with a broad range of matters for public entities and private clients in her municipal law capacity. Patricia assists with public agency governance audits. She helps identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent records for attorney review, tracks follow-up items, and assists with preparing documentation. She also assists BBK's healthcare law attorneys by managing complex discovery, document reviews and litigation matters.

Patricia is an active member of Unidos, the firm’s Hispanic/Latino employee resource group, which promotes mentorship, professional development, and cultural connection. She values BBK’s collaborative culture and its commitment to providing inclusive, high-quality legal services to the diverse communities the firm serves.

Outside of work, Patricia enjoys spending time with family & friends, playing golf, cycling, and pursuing her passion for photography.
