Kristyn N. Naismith, CP

Kristyn is a civil litigation paralegal in the Labor and Employment Litigation practice group of Best Best & Krieger LLP. She has more than 24 years of legal experience.

Kristyn’s work focuses on employment litigation in state and federal venues. She contributes to all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings and discovery, large-volume document production, legal research, trial preparation, trial technology, and post-judgment proceedings.

Prior to her work at Best Best & Krieger LLP, Kristyn worked at various national and boutique law firms as well as non-profit organizations. Her litigation experience covers diverse practice areas such as business disputes, trademark prosecution, personal injury, and environmental law.

When she’s not at work, Kristyn enjoys traveling with her husband and daughter and exploring the great outdoors. In the instances of inclement weather, she can usually be found at the movies.
