Kimberly Shaw

Kimberly Shaw is the Retirement Plan Administration Analyst in the Business Practice group at Best Best & Krieger LLP. Along with providing client support, she is responsible for the annual testing and reporting requirements for various types of qualified retirement plans. Kim also assists with research of ERISA and IRS regulations to provide client guidance on federal and state laws affecting their plans. 

Kim has more than fifteen years of experience in retirement plan administration. Prior to joining BBK, she worked for a third-party administration firm specializing in retirement plan design and compliance testing.  

Kim earned her bachelor’s degree in social psychology from Park University and graduated with honors. She holds the designation of Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries.
