Chloe Graham

Chloe Graham is an Associate in Best Best & Krieger LLP’s (BBK) Municipal Law Practice Group, and assists on various litigation matters for public entity clients. Before joining BBK, Chloe worked at an insurance defense firm where she assisted the trial team in their representation of clients involving personal injury matters.

While attending Southwestern Law School, Chloe served as a Lead Editor for Southwestern’s Journal of International Law and a Supervising Dean’s fellow where she mentored 1L and 2L students. She also volunteered with the Children’s Rights Clinic  representing children in school discipline proceedings, children with disabilities in special education matters, and worked with community groups to advocate for better and more equitable educational opportunities for children.

Outside of her practice, Chloe serves as a deacon at her church in Silver Lake, and enjoys making music with her husband and friends.
