Aysha Majeed

Aysha Majeed is an associate and member of Best Best & Krieger LLP’s (BBK) Business practice group. She is a corporate attorney providing counsel on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, governance matters, real estate transactions, and contracts. She works with private companies and public agencies to streamline complex transactions, minimize risks, and achieve strategic objectives. Aysha is known for her practical, collaborative approach, offering tailored solutions to help clients navigate a wide range of business challenges.

With a focus on deal execution and risk management, Aysha supports clients through every stage of a transaction, including structuring, due diligence, negotiation, and closing. Her practice spans multiple industries, with particular experience in health care transactions and technology contracts. She also advises clients on data privacy and cybersecurity compliance. 

Before joining BBK, Aysha worked with health care providers and organizations on regulatory, transactional, and governance issues. During law school, Aysha was the president of the Health Law Association and senior articles editor for Environs law journal. 

Active in the community, Aysha serves on the leadership team of BBK’s Disability Employee Resource Group. She enjoys yard work, horseback riding and volunteering with local animal rescues.
