Adele Karoum

Adele Karoum is of counsel and a member of Best Best & Krieger LLP’s (BBK) Municipal Law practice group. She has significant eminent domain and product liability defense experience and advises public agency and private clients. Adele represents clients in condemnation cases, inverse condemnation claims , real estate transactions including right of entry and access agreements, advising on municipal pre-litigation matters, civil appeals, and other legal issues.

Prior to joining BBK, Adele successfully represented municipalities and public agencies through the eminent domain process. She focused on acquisitions for large public transit projects, public works projects, and defense of inverse condemnation claims. Prior to her work in eminent domain and inverse condemnation, Adele’s legal career focused on advanced motions and appeals for public and private clients and product liability defense.

Adele was born and raised in New Mexico and currently lives in South Torrance with her family. When not in the office, she enjoys live music, travel, and dance.
