Of Counsel Jennifer Bradlee practices as a member of Best Best & Krieger’s Public Finance team. In this role, she advises clients on a wide range of public projects from start to finish, or at various points as needed during project progress. Jennifer serves as bond, special, disclosure and underwriter’s counsel in financings for public agencies throughout California. She has comprehensive experience in public finance, taxation, facilities and business, and local government issues. Jennifer advises clients on a variety of matters, including facilities funding, public agency bonds, bond elections, public contracts, Mello-Roos community facilities districts, lease financings, taxation and other transactions.

Jennifer earned a bachelor’s degree from Saint Mary’s College of California, where she graduated with high honors with a degree in History. She received her law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law, and earned a LL.M. in taxation from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
