BBK Business Attorney Nancy Park Presents Public Real Estate Transactions Course

Nancy Park, the chair of the firm's business practice group, will participate as a guest lecturer for a UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education online course June 11-13, 2024. The course, Public Real Estate Transactions, will address the processes that must be followed, whether for road right-of-ways, public works projects, parks, open space, agricultural or habitat easements, utilities or other purposes.
