BBK Partner Nancy Park Recognized with LAI Sacramento Capitol Award
An Honor Highlighting Park’s Outstanding Contributions and Service To LAI International
Best Best & Krieger LLP (BBK) is proud to share that business and real estate attorney Nancy Park has been awarded the Lambda Alpha International (LAI) Sacramento Capitol Award. This award honors an individual whose sustained regional and/or international service has made a meaningful impact on LAI.
Park has been a longstanding member of LAI since 2011, serving on the board of directors for 10 years, and as President from 2018 to 2020, and including organizing roles in two international conferences held in Sacramento. She remained a board member until 2024. Park’s ongoing commitment to LAI as a member, board member and speaker has brought many new members to LAI.
Park is a seasoned real estate attorney and business leader whose career spans senior roles in law, finance, banking and development, giving her a comprehensive perspective on land economics. She has advised public agencies, institutional investors and private developers on complex real estate transactions, financing, leasing and development projects across California. Her leadership at BBK and decades of experience in real estate, finance and public service exemplify the sustained impact recognized by the LAI Sacramento Capitol Award.
Founded in 1930, LAI is an international land economics society dedicated to advancing scholarship, professional excellence, and integrity in land-related fields. The LAI Sacramento Chapter, established in 1990, has grown from 10 original members to nearly 150 today.
