Devon Tice

Devon Tice is an Associate in Best Best & Krieger LLP’s Environmental Law & Natural Resources practice group. She assists clients on issues related to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and associated environmental laws. 

She brings experience in local, state, and federal environmental law to help clients navigate complicated land use and environmental compliance issues. She has experience litigating challenges to environmental review, including under NEPA and related environmental law, and has worked with various environmental review documents, including environmental impact statements and environmental impact reports. 

Prior to joining BBK, Devon served as a Trial Attorney at the Department of Justice, Environment and Natural Resources Division; a Legal Advocate with the Lanterman Special Education Law Clinic; and a Law Clerk at L.A. Waterkeeper. In law school, Devon participated as a Research Fellow and an Executive Editor on the Law Review Board. 

She grew up in the Inland Empire and enjoys hiking trips, baking, and visiting the beach with her friends and pets.
