Of Counsel Susan Neethling is a member of Best Best & Krieger LLP’s (BBK) Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice, where she counsels her clients on all aspects of retirement plan design, documentation, compliance, implementation, corrections, reporting and disclosure, and management. 

With more than 30 years of experience in employee benefits consulting and law, Susan is a recognized authority on defined contribution and defined benefit pension plans, as well as 403(b) and 457(b) plans.
