Pantea Smuzynski

Pantea Smuzynski is of counsel and a member of Best Best & Krieger LLP’s (BBK) Business Transactions and Health Care practices. She leverages her decade of experience advising hospitals, behavioral health facilities, rehabilitation providers, and other health care entities on provider and payor relationships, reimbursement arrangements, and regulatory compliance.

Pantea joins BBK after working as a health care attorney with firms in Irvine and Costa Mesa, California. In this role, she gained significant experience drafting and negotiating health care agreements, advising clients on federal and state health care laws, and structuring compliant arrangements involving hospitals and clinics. Pantea is considered a trusted advisor to clients providing strategic counsel on risk-management matters, payor contracting, provider agreements, and health care regulatory frameworks.

Pantea and her husband live in Southern California with their cat, Duke, where they enjoy cheering on the Ducks, spending time at Disneyland, and discovering new restaurants and having weekend adventures.

She is admitted to practice in California.
