Saar is an litigator practicing with the firm’s Municipal Law and Labor & Employment practice groups. He is focused on litigation issues pertaining to the defense of cities primarily in Los Angeles County. These issues include constitutional constraints on cities, challenges to city ordinances, enforcement of city legislation, and employment matters involving city employees. 

Saar represents cities such as the City of West Hollywood, the City of Palos Verdes, the City of Malibu, and the City of Riverside. 

Previously, Saar served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the New Jersey Superior Court, Civil Division, for the Honorable Samuel Ragonese from 2022-2023. Saar oversaw civil litigation cases, including cases involving employment law, breach of contract and constitutional rights. Afterward, Saar worked for Nakase Wade, LLP, as a Labor and Employment Associate. Saar litigated a variety of cases involving class action and PAGA matters.
