Nikki (Nicole) S. Casarez is a seasoned legal administrative professional specializing in civil litigation, personal injury, and corporate law support. She assists attorneys and law firms in streamlining operations, managing complex documentation, and enhancing client communication to minimize inefficiencies and maximize productivity. With over 13 years of experience, Nikki brings a client-focused approach to her work, ensuring that each matter is handled with the utmost attention to detail and efficiency.

Prior to her current role, Nikki worked as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal at Krissman & Silver LLP and as an Administrative Supervisor/Paralegal at Carroll, Kelly, Trotter, Franzen, McKenna & Peabody Law Office, where she honed her skills in office management and legal document preparation. 

Nikki is committed to ongoing professional development and holds certificates in Legal Assistant and Legal Assistant Discovery Review from LSI in Sacramento, CA. She actively volunteers with local community organizations in Long Beach, California, focusing on improving access to legal services for underserved populations. Outside of work, Nikki enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the diverse culinary scene in Southern California.
