Natalie Martin
Natalie Martin is a paralegal in the Business practice group of Best Best & Krieger LLP. She brings with her more than 22 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, probate and corporate matters. Natalie assists attorneys with drafting trusts, wills, power of attorney documents and deeds. She also assists with preparing notifications by trustee, affidavits death of trustee, 706 and 709 tax forms and preparing and filing probate matters with the Court. In addition to estate planning and probate matters, Natalie helps with corporate formation and corporate governance documents.
Prior to joining BBK, Natalie worked at law firms in California and Washington as a legal secretary and senior paralegal. As a corporate legal secretary in Washington, she prepared articles of incorporation, stock ledgers, minutes, bylaws, shareholder agreements, statements of information and maintained the corporate minute book. She was also directly responsible for the clerical and administration interaction with these clients. Her most recent position was senior paralegal to the managing partner at Mirau Edwards Cannon Lewin & Tooke where she prepared the initial drafting of all estate planning documents and probate pleadings.
Natalie lives in Yucaipa, California with her husband and two sons. In her spare time, she loves to hike in the mountains near her home, read mystery novels, and recently started to learn photography.
