Mark Reinhardt
Mark Reinhardt is of counsel and a member of Best Best & Krieger LLP’s (BBK) Business practice group. He focuses his practice on guiding media, tech, industrial and defense contractor clients through all stages of their transactional endeavors, from creating their initial pitch decks to post-closing integrations, as well as in maintaining good corporate hygiene within complex ownership and governance structures. Mark has significant experience structuring, negotiating and effecting mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, minority investments, divestitures, and related employment, licensing and ancillary agreements.
Prior to joining BBK, Mark was both an associate and then special counsel with an international corporate law firm working from their Los Angeles, CA office and remotely from Sisters, OR. At his prior firm, Mark represented U.S., Japanese and European clients on matters ranging from startup formations and early stage investment rounds to multibillion dollar joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions.
Mark also served as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Bobby R. Baldock with the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
In college and law school, Mark spent a significant amount of time in Rwanda and Uganda, including working for the Constitutional Court of Uganda as a Judicial Extern to Deputy Chief Justice Elizabeth Mpagi Bahigeine. In his free time Mark enjoys fly fishing and gardening with his wife and two children, and playing and collecting guitars.
