Lisa Beidleman

Lisa Beidleman is a paralegal for the Business Services Group at Best Best & Krieger LLP.

Lisa focuses on assisting attorneys with real estate transactions for buyers, sellers and developers of real property, as well as, supporting attorneys who structure and real estate transactions including M&As, leases, and real estate transactions involving public entities. Lisa’s work also includes entity formations, annual maintenance, board resolutions, UCC filings and searches, and compliance certifications. In addition, Lisa assists with title and survey review, escrow coordination, and closing documentation for real estate transactions. 

Lisa is a California Notary Public and Certified Signing Agent and has a certification in dispute resolution from the Straus Institute. She holds a J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law and a B.S. in Business Management from Pepperdine University.
