Josh Avalos

Josh Avalos is an associate in Best Best & Krieger LLP’s (BBK) Special Districts practice group, where he assists public agency clients with a wide range of litigation matters.

Josh originally joined as a summer associate. While in law school, he gained valuable litigation experience as a law clerk with the United States Attorney’s Office. He also served as Senior Online Editor of the UC Davis Law Review.

Born and raised in Fresno, CA, Josh now resides in San Diego. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with friends and exploring the many golf courses that San Diego County has to offer.
