Ji hea Oh is an associate in the Special Districts practice group at Best Best & Krieger LLP. She advises public agencies on matters involving fees, charges, taxes, and assessments including compliance with constitutional and statutory limitations related to Proposition 218 and Proposition 26. 

Prior to joining BBK, Ji hea served as Assistant City Attorney for the City of La CaƱada Flintridge, Deputy City Attorney for the City of Irwindale, and Deputy City Attorney for the City of Perris. While in law school, she served as the Editor in Chief of the Chapman Law Review

Ji hea is a native of Southern California where she currently resides with her two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys exploring national parks and traveling internationally.
