Hannah Zirzow

Hannah Zirzow is an associate and member of Best Best & Krieger LLP’s (BBK) Business practice group. She works with public agencies and private companies on a variety of transactional and governance matters. Hannah provides counsel to private companies on a variety of corporate transactions, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, and other general corporate matters. She supports clients through every stage of a transaction, including due diligence, negotiation, and closing.
