Daniel Bertoni

Dan Bertoni is an associate with Best Best & Krieger LLP’s (BBK) Municipal Law Practice Group. Dan assists clients in litigating writ petitions, preparing responses to Public Records Act requests, and general civil litigation.

Prior to joining BBK, Dan was a trial attorney at the United States Department of Justice, representing the federal government in an array of matters spanning contract and procurement disputes, review of trade decisions, veterans’ benefit claims, and military and civilian pay disputes.
