Cindy Z. Shi
Cindy Shi is an associate and a member of Best Best & Krieger LLP’s (BBK) Municipal Law practice group. She primarily represents public entity clients in state and federal litigation matters, including constitutional law matters, mass tort claims, and writ petitions. She also advises clients in regard to the First Amendment and health care facilities for reproductive rights.
Before joining BBK, Cindy represented individuals in Nevada through a variety of litigation matters, including easement and partition disputes. Before then, Cindy clerked for the Honorable Tammy Riggs at the Second Judicial District Court in Reno, Nevada.
In law school, Cindy served as a student attorney for her school’s Employment Law Clinic and as a structured writing group instructor for her school’s Legal Writing program. During her third year, Cindy served as the Editor-in-Chief for the Minnesota Journal of International Law, Volume 29.
During her free time, Cindy enjoys baking, trying new recipes, and hiking.
