Cindy Shi is an associate in Best Best & Krieger LLP’s Municipal Law practice group. She primarily represents public entity clients in litigation matters. 

Prior to joining the firm, Cindy litigated property matters in Nevada and clerked for the Honorable Tammy Riggs at the Second Judicial District Court in Reno, Nevada. 

In law school, Cindy served as a student attorney for her school’s Employment Law Clinic and as a structured writing group instructor for her school’s Legal Writing program. During her third year, Cindy served as the editor-in-chief for the Minnesota Journal of International Law, Volume 29. 

During her free time, Cindy enjoys baking, trying new recipes and hiking.
