Anne McClure

Anne McClure is a paralegal in Best Best & Krieger LLP’s (BBK) Public Finance practice group. She assists the public finance attorneys with bond and disclosure counsel work for numerous cities and public agencies, financing major public facilities through the issuance of general obligation bonds, certificates of participation and other types of financings. In addition, Anne serves as closing coordinator overseeing the final stages of the finance ensuring  everything has been received and properly executed for the successful closings of the various financings. Anne’s work includes assisting the attorneys with the formation of community facilities districts, annexations and special elections.

Prior to joining BBK in 2008, Anne’s work included experience in insurance defense litigation, real estate law, bankruptcy, family law and areas of transactional law.
