Tammy Ingram Receives 2026 Debbie Vivian Award for Excellence

Debbie Vivian was a valued member of Best Best & Krieger LLP’s (BBK) Finance Department for 35 years in which she made a lasting impression on the firm through her generosity, loyalty, kindness, integrity and sense of humor. Her dedication to her work and the people around her made her an integral part of BBK’s culture leaving legacy that continues to be celebrated today.
In Debbie’s honor, BBK established the annual Debbie Vivian Award for Excellence in 2023. The award recognizes members of the firm’s professional support staff who demonstrate exceptional job performance and embody the same qualities that made Debbie such an extraordinary colleague and person.
Tammy Ingram has been named the recipient of the 2026 Debbie Vivian Award for Excellence, earning nominations from colleagues who praised her dedication, kindness and unwavering commitment to BBK. Nominees highlighted Tammy’s pride in her work and the quality of everything she produces, as well as her willingness to do whatever is needed to support the firm.
Beyond her exceptional work, Tammy is known for making those around her feel valued. Colleagues described her as a wonderful friend and mentor who is always approachable, generous with her time and invested in the success of others. Whether answering a question or offering guidance, she makes people feel welcome, never like they are a bother. Tammy’s positive attitude, warm smile and ability to approach everything with kindness and humor have made her an integral part of her team and a standard of excellence for those around her.
Tammy expressed how much the recognition means to her, saying, “To be in that same category as Debbie Vivian is humbling. I’ve been here for 23 years. I love this firm. I love the people.”
In addition to the award’s $2,500 cash prize, a charitable donation has been made in Debbie’s name to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern California, an organization selected by Debbie’s family.
