Trent Fornasier

Trent Fornasier is an associate attorney in Best Best & Krieger LLP’s Business Services practice group. He assists clients on issues related to estate planning including will and trust formation, trust administration, tax planning, and estate tax returns. 

While in law school, Trent served as Oregon Law School’s 2022-2023 Estate Planning fellow where he helped provide indigent clients with access to free estate planning services.  He also co-founded and served as Vice President of the University of Oregon’s Estate Planning and Probate Law Forum where he helped educate students about the career opportunities in the estate planning field. After his 2L year, Trent clerked for North Star Law Group in Anchorage, Alaska assisting clients with matters relating to appellate advocacy, land use disputes, and employment litigation.

Trent grew up in the San Francisco bay area and he enjoys watching his Oregon State Beavers play football, collecting vinyl records and floating the river with friends.
