Kristyn N. Naismith

Kristyn N. Naismith is a paralegal in the Labor and Employment practice group of Best Best & Krieger LLP. An accomplished professional, Kristyn has over 25 years of legal experience, assisting attorneys with all stages of litigation from case initiation through discovery, trial preparation, trial, and appellate work.   

Prior to her current role at BBK, Kristyn worked at various national and boutique law firms, as well as non-profit organizations in both management and paralegal roles. Her litigation experience covered an array of practice areas including business disputes, trademark prosecution/defense, labor and employment, personal injury, and environmental law.
