Conflict of Interest Code Basics

This training provides an overview of the authority and purpose of a Conflict of Interest Code, the required components of a Code and who is affected by Code along with the type of filers. Guidance will be provided on how to review a Code for amendment by identifying filers, procedures for adopting a Code, getting approval of Code amendment and duties of Code reviewing bodies.
