In this webinar, BBK presenters Tori Hester and Cathy Tisnado will discuss the authority & purpose of a Conflict of Interest Code, the required components of a Code and who is affected by Code along with the type of filers. The training will include procedures on how to review a Code for amendment by identifying filers, procedures for adopting a Code, getting approval of Code amendment and duties of Code reviewing bodies.
