Minney Thind

Minney Thind is an associate in Best Best & Krieger’s Labor & Employment practice group. She handles a variety of transactional and litigation matters on behalf of both public sector and corporate employers.
 
Before joining BB&K, Minney was an attorney for Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP, where she obtained substantial experience representing employers in disputes involving wrongful termination, misclassification, discrimination, harassment, breach of contract, fraud, wage and hour, PAGA and other employment-related claims. She has represented clients in state and federal court, and before administrative bodies. Minney has also advised corporate clients on employment-related compliance issues, and assisted in drafting and implementing numerous employee policies.
 
Minney lives in San Diego, where she spends her spare time exploring the city with her two miniature Shar-Pei puppies, Stephen and Franklin.
