Mary K. Stracke
Mary Stracke provides paralegal support for BBK’s Municipal Practice group. Under the supervision of attorneys, Mary’s experience in public agency litigation matters includes eminent domain, code enforcement and trials. Before working for BBK, Mary worked for Inland Empire public agencies including California State University, San Bernardino, San Bernardino Community College District, San Bernardino County Tax Collector and San Bernardino and Riverside County District Attorney offices. Before her current work for the Municipal Practice Group, Mary spent years working for Civil Litigation and CEQA Practice Groups and providing paralegal support to BBK attorneys serving as City Attorneys for the Cities of Ontario, Fontana, Big Bear Lake. Mary has worked on litigation teams that have achieved successful outcomes for clients at trial and appeal in California state courts, California and Texas federal courts and the U.S. Circuit Court. As a paralegal at the Riverside County District Attorney's Office, Mary applied her litigation paralegal skills primarily on elder financial abuse and consumer fraud cases.
Mary completed the University of California, Riverside's Paralegal Program. She has completed classes at California State University, San Bernardino and San Bernardino Valley College.
Mary supports a number of community groups, including the Susan G. Komen Inland Empire, American Cancer Society and the Salvation Army.
