Jovahn Malik Wiggins

Jovahn M. Wiggins is an attorney in Best Best & Krieger’s Municipal Law practice group. He provides legal services to cities, school districts and special districts.
 
Jovahn attended the University of Gonzaga School of Law where he obtained a law degree. While in law school, Jovahn worked as a legal intern for Avista Utilities where he assisted on internal employee policy development as well as COVID compliance.
 
Before attending law school, Jovahn attended Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington, where he obtained a bachelor’s in politics, a minor in sociology, and was a member of the men’s collegiate basketball team.
 
Outside of the office, Jovahn enjoys all activities involving water, playing and watching sports, and traveling.
