John M. Natalizio is an associate in BBK’s Municipal Law practice group. He is the Assistant City Attorney for the City of Artesia, Assistant General Counsel for the Laguna Beach County Water District, Legal Counsel to the Rent Stabilization Commission for the City of West Hollywood, and functions as a deputy city attorney for numerous other cities throughout Los Angeles County and Orange County. He helps municipalities and special districts navigate through a variety of complex legal issues that arise from the Brown Act, land use and zoning laws, cannabis, rent stabilization, housing, the California Environmental Quality Act, Public Records Act, and other general issues involving Municipal Law.

John is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. John loves spending his free time hiking, riding bikes, and going to the beach with his two young children and wife.
